Forming part of my Professional Diploma in UX Design with the UX Design Institute, I was set the task to research and design a hotel booking app for our client, focussing specifically on how users search for and finalise their hotel room bookings.

Creating Accessibility Processes

As an accessibility specialist, I undertook the task of setting up new accessibility auditing and design processes for retrofitting the department's platforms.
